Valentina Aybar RodríguezGraduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1996. Certified in Feline Medicine by AVEPA. Certified as a specialist in Feline Medicine by the European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies, with the General Practitioner Certificate in Feline Medicine –GPCert (Feline Medicine)–. Founding partner of the Hospital Felino Ventas, where, from its beginnings in 1996 until now, she has specialised in feline medicine, with special dedication to internal medicine, infectious diseases, imaging diagnostics and anaesthesia. Member of AMVAC (Madrid Small Animal Veterinary Association), AVEPA (Spanish small animal veterinary association), GEMFE (Spanish feline medicine study group), FAB (Feline Advisory Bureau) and ISFM (International Society of Feline Medicine). The latter are international associations of specialists in feline medicine. She has given several conferences about her specialty at different national congresses and has published articles about feline medicine in several media. |
Juanjo Vega GuerreroGraduated in Veterinary from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1994. Certified in Feline Medicine by AVEPA. Certified as a specialist in small animal surgery by the European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies, with the General Practitioner Certificate in Small Animal Surgery –GPCert (SAS)–. Founding partner of the Hospital Felino Ventas, where, from its beginnings in 1996 until now, he has been treating feline patients exclusively, with special dedication to surgery, orthopaedics, neurology and cardiology. Member of AMVAC (Madrid Small Animal Veterinary Association), AVEPA (Spanish small animal veterinary association), GEMFE (feline medicine study group), FAB (Feline Advisory Bureau) and ISFM (International Society of Feline Medicine). The latter are international associations of specialists in feline medicine. He is currently member of the GEMFE Scientific Committee and secretary of the GEMFEBoard of Directors. He has given several conferences about feline medicine at multiple national and international congresses and has published articles in several national journals about feline medicine. In 2014 he was part of the AVEPA team for continuing professional development in feline medicine. |
